API Plug-Ins Pack
Those packs contains multiple plug-ins that add new API to the appropriate SDK. Obviously the SDK should be installed before the plug-ins.

Source code of Plug-In
Interrestingly enough the source of a plugin was found. The plugin added the GLib library to Symbian OS. It required Open C to be previously installed. Download.
